Electrical repair and troubleshooting in Knoxville, TN

Something in the house stopped working and you want a straight answer about why. That is most of what we do.

Electrician testing an outlet with a digital multimeter

Electrical faults rarely fix themselves. A breaker that trips once is a nuisance. A breaker that trips every week is telling you something, and so is a warm outlet plate or a light that dims when the air conditioner starts.

We find the actual cause before we quote an electrical repair. That means testing the circuit, not guessing at the symptom. Most service calls are solved on the first visit.

What a repair usually costs

Most single fault repairs land between $150 and $450, including the diagnostic visit.

A repair that needs a wall opened, a circuit rerun, or a panel component replaced runs higher. We tell you the number before we start.

If the fix turns out to be a full panel replacement, we say so and price it as a panel job. See electrical panel upgrades.

Estimates are free. Service calls carry a diagnostic fee.

Describe what is happening. If it is a safety issue, say so and we move you up the list.

  2. We diagnose on site

We test the circuit and find the cause. You get the number before any work begins.
