How we bid commercial work
Send plans or a scope and we return a written bid.
For property managers and general contractors we can work on an agreed hourly rate plus materials.
We carry general liability and workers compensation. Certificates on request.
Service calls on commercial property are billed at a commercial rate, quoted before we dispatch.
Estimates are free. Service calls carry a diagnostic fee.
